ChargerCon is a free annual gaming convention that is held at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. ChargerCon is an all-ages event, but parents should supervise minors – no supervision is provided.

ChargerCon 2026 will be held on Saturday, February 21st, from noon to 9 pm in UAH’s Charger Union Building. ChargerCon features video game tournaments, an arts festival, a cosplay contest, workshops & panels, a video game indie alley, and free play areas.

ChargerCon is free and open to everyone. Epic prizes are provided for many events. Some tournaments will have a buy-in, which will go toward prizes for the champions. More details about events and tournaments can be found on the schedule page.
